Manleys is delighted to announce the appointment of Sehar Hussain as an Associate Solicitor at its Chester office. Sehar trained and qualified with Tucker Turner Kingsley Wood LLP in London but moved back to the North West to be closer to her family.

Sehar is an experienced litigator (11 years PQE) and advises a diverse range of clients from small businesses to corporate entities. Her clients include high net worth individuals and high profile clients who value her expertise, discretion and commercial approach to solving their disputes. She advises clients on a wide range of legal issues including shareholder disputes, intellectual property, defamation and reputation management and is experienced in acting for both claimants and defendants. Sehar is personable with excellent client care skills and gives pragmatic solutions to her clients on a wide range of commercial legal issues.

In addition to her law degree, Sehar has a BSC (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences.

Managing Director of Manleys, Mark Manley, said

“My colleagues and I are really pleased to have Sehar on board.  She has considerable commercial litigation experience from the large commercial firms she worked with in London and locally and has already made a great impact on our clients.   She is already acting on a £multi-million property dispute in Holland Park in London as well as a difficult political issue in the North West.”

“We are lucky to represent an enviable client list and need to be careful about who we recruit to ensure we get the right mix of legal ability, client skills and entrepreneurialism.  Sehar is already proving to be a great addition to the team and the clients have taken to her very quickly.  She is driven to achieve great results for clients and therefore fits the firm very well.”
