Whether by means of resolution, settlement, negotiation, mediation or old-fashioned fighting it out in court, if need be, we will work with you to determine what is likely to bring about the best possible outcome.

Transparent
We are transparent about our fees. We invoice our clients monthly, with a full breakdown of all work undertaken – nothing hidden. If litigation is needed, we produce for you our bespoke “litigation flow chart” showing every phase of a case and likely fees involved per phase so you know from the outset what is likely to be involved and with a good grasp of likely costs of the case.

Honest
We are renowned for total transparency and honesty. We “call a spade a spade.” If you do not have a case, we will not waste your time or money, or ours, and will tell you how things are – even if that means not telling you what you want to hear. This no-nonsense approach has resulted in many of our clients having instructed some of our lawyers for nearly 40 years!

We are approachable, determined, and results driven. We frequently work outside of normal office hours.
