I am an athlete involved in a dispute with my club/agent/governing body – how can you assist me?
On behalf of footballers and agents, we have been successful in winning cases at every level, including those brought before the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber, (DRC) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland. We have also successfully represented Head Coaches of Olympic cycling teams, and sportsmen and women in arbitrations following disputes over Olympic selection. Can you assist a footballer/agent charged with a disciplinary issue?
Yes, we are regularly involved in disciplinary related issues at all sporting levels, including those advanced by the FA before independent regulatory commissions. We have assisted football agents charged with breaching rules and have successfully helped significantly mitigate very serious sanctions. We have also been involved in successful appeals and have represented clients at hearings before appeal boards.
I am an agent that has not been paid, can you help?
Yes, we have helped many agents recover monies owed by both clubs and players under representation contracts and commission agreements. In England, this is often through the Rule K Arbitration procedure, as set out within the FA rules, but there are also alternative avenues to recovery which we can guide you through.
